Satisfy Your Italian Food Cravings at Francesco’s Kitchen
One reason why our team keeps coming back at Francesco’s Kitchen is because of their out of the ordinary Italian dishes that you probably will never find in other Italian restaurants in Manila.
Why we just can’t get enough of Francesco’s Kitchen
From a baked eggplant parmigiana, chargrilled octopus, Ravioli filled with spinach and young goat cheese to a crabmeat fettucine. If you’re like us who likes trying something new, this is the restaurant for you. Oh and did I mention they also serve FREE bread as an appetizer? Yes, they do and we are absolutely in love with it!
Now, for those who loves eating classic Italian dishes, worry not as Francesco’s also had it but with a yummier twist. For instance, they serve spaghetti with meatballs but using Francesco’s mum’s secret recipe, they also have spaghetti carbonara with egg yolk and guanciale, the popular aglio olio with either claims in garlic olive oil or seafood in tomato sauce.
But if you ask us and you are not scared to be adventurous with your food, we recommend the Risotto nero con calameretti e polpa di riccio or squid ink risotto with baby calamari and sea urchin, Scottadito con peperonata e salsa verde or the lamb chop herbs, and last but not the least the Tartufata ai formaggi or the white pizza with selected cheese with truffle flavor which is a must try for truffle lovers like us!
Every corner of the resto is super Instagrammable!
Another reason why we love dining in at Francesco’s Kitchen is that every spot is very Instagrammable! Especially when you rent the private room as its decorated with Venetian masks, making you feel like you’re in a masquerade party. We also enjoy taking short videos of the pizza corner particularly when they start flipping the pizzas like super pros.
