Free Christmas Light Shows to Experience this December
Christmas is almost here and what better way to celebrate its arrival than experiencing the huge Christmas light shows and places in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. The best thing about all of these places is that you can visit them for FREE! So if you’re looking for things to do in Manila Philippines, here’s a list of places to visit this December:
Christmas Musical Street Light Tunnel in Tiendesitas
Since November 17 to January 7, 2017, Tiendesitas celebrates Christmas with a musical street light tunnel every night. It features 2,368 pixels with 13 mini searchlights. Of course, it comes with Christmas song played all night.
Enchanting Mirror Rooms in Estancia Vast Imaginarium
At Estancia Vast Imaginarium, guests will experience colorful lights inside mirror rooms. Each room signifies the magic that only the season of Christmas brings. According to PhilStar.com, there are three rooms, the Lit Room, the Abyss Room and the Green Room inside Estancia mall while the Enchanted Room is situated in Capitol Common Park.
Northern Lights in Ayala Vertis North
Meanwhile, in Ayala Vertis North, visitors will enjoy a musical light show every 15 minutes that features a huge cathedral light with mesmerizing laser lights. The show starts from 6:00 PM onwards every night. Guest of all ages will enjoy each show as it plays all-time favorite Christmas songs.
The Magical Field of Lights in Nuvali
When you have time to visit Laguna, make sure you drop by at Nuvali and experience their 50-meter light tunnel attraction that features colorful LED Christmas trees and flowers. It plays Pinoy’s favorite Christmas song like “Kumukutikutitap”, “Ang Pasko ay Sumapit” and “Joy to the World”. Tunnel lights up from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Festival of Lights in Ayala Triangle Gardens
Now if you happen to be in Makati, don’t forget to visit Ayala Triangle Gardens and witness the Festival of Lights attraction. It comes with a 30-minute show that features the musical synchronization of 1.6 million LED lights. It plays three songs, namely “Pinoy Fiesta”, Traditional Christmas”, and “Techno”.

Christmas House in Sta. Maria, Bulacan
And if you have time to go out of the city, take the time to see Sta Maria’s Christmas House as it not only features Christmas lights display but also Santa Claus figurine, Christmas village miniature inside the house. Yes, you get to go inside the house and view their huge Christmas display collection.
Christmas Street in Policarpio Street
And when you’re in Mandaluyong, you shouldn’t miss visiting Policarpio street as almost every house in the area boasts beautiful Christmas decorations. You can even visit some of the houses including House of Santa that features a vast collection of life-size Santa Claus dressed in different costumes.
