Where to Buy Winter Boots in Manila

Finding good winter boots in the Philippines can be a bit challenging if you don’t know where to look. But there are actually a lot of brands today that offers fashionable winter boots and they’re found in the most common places. So in this article, we are going to share all the shops and brands that sells good winter boots.

Brown Winter Boots for Womens

Our favorite store to visit when shopping for winter boots is in Payless. The secret in paying much less than its price is to wait for the off-peak season or months after a new style is introduced before buying it. In this way, you get 50 to 80% discount or roughly 500 to 1,000 pesos. Especially if your shoe size is 5, 9.5 and up, the prices can go much lower.

But if you’re not on a budget, just visit their store every once in a while to find the most fashionable winter boots at a reasonable price. This includes ugg boots, knee-high boots, suede boots and a lot more.

Landmark Department Store

Now if you need to buy winter boots right away but don’t have the budget, I also recommend Landmark department store such as the one in Trinoma. They feature many local brands that sell the most fashionable winter boots for 500 to 2,000 pesos. Some brands offer sizes up to 12 but most only offer sizes until 9.

Marks and Spencer

If the price isn’t an issue and you’re looking for high-quality boots, Marks and Spencer is one of the places you can visit. They usually offer classic and elegant designs so you can wear it every day on your winter vacation. But here’s a tip, you can also get Marks and Spencer boots at big discounts if you wait for their seasonal sale. This usually happens in January but I’m not entirely sure. It’s best to visit their shop from time to time and check.

So if H and M is in the list, its not surprising F21 is too. Just like H and M, they are selling boots from 1,000 to 2,000 pesos that can also go on sale during BER months. Their designs are not just for adults but also for teens so women of all ages will surely find a style they like here.

Ukay Ukay

Of course there is no place better than Ukay Ukay when shopping for winter clothes. Yes, everything is second hand but if you take the time to look – you can find boots that are new or almost new. Shops here in Manila are a bit small but if you have the time to visit Baguio, you will find buildings of Ukay Ukay shop.

Columbia and The North Face

Now, if you’re looking for hardcore winter boots yet still fashionable, Columbia and The North Face are must visit. Their shoes are much expensive, usually 6,000 and above, BUT you can wear while doing extreme winter sports without worrying. However, if you wait for their sale season, you can get their boots for half the price.

Going in Hong Kong or Japan?

Although there are a lot of brands today selling winter boots in the Philippines, its still nothing compared to those found abroad. So if your winter vacation is in Hong Kong or Japan, why not buy your winter boots there.

Skechers Hong Kong

If comfort is important, head to any Skechers store in Hong Kong to find adorable winter boots. The best Skechers shops are in Mong Kong and Tung Chung where everything is on sale but you can also try in Tsim Sha Tsui. They’ve got cool designs for both men and women.

Harajuku, Japan

Now if you’re looking for ugg boots or cute boots, you should drop by at Harajuku, Japan to find lots of it. My favorite is the ugg boots sold for only 1,000 yen (approximately 400 to 500 pesos). I believe it doesn’t have any brand name but its cute and I like it. Boots in Japan, especially in Harajuku is relatively cheap so I recommend checking it out.
